ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Please note that pre-order swimwear and bikini items require approximately 14 business days for processing and shipping. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

TRACKING INFORMATION
 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
 

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lenina Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship worldwide. International delivery times may vary depending on your location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear, bikinis and certain intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns are only accepted for unworn items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing or missing tags will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
 

Certain items may be non-returnable, including clearance items, sale items, pre-order items or products marked as final sale. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
